The working of this sprayer is based on the modern and cheap "ultra low water addition controlled drop system"
which allows a localized and uniform distribution of the product. the very small and optimal drops (250 microns) allow to cover the area to be treated eliminating all the wastes caused by the poor contact (too big drops) and by vaporization (too small drops) of the product.
Light weight and light operation. Good for herbicides application. It produces 250 micron regular drops, which increase the impact on the whole plant favoring a regular distribution.
It can apply for Ultra Low Volume Spray (25 L/Ha) to Very Low Volume Spray (30 L/Ha)
depend on nozzles selection, and it allows a lot of time saving (Refill Time) to increase worker spraying productivity.
The Diffusion Disc able to controlled size of drops and covering circular surfaces having a 1.2 - 1.5 m diameter, according to the work height. We recommend to try it on flat surface.
STEP 1.) Put the tank on the shoulders after adjusting the shoulder-straps.
STEP 2.) Open the Intermediate Tap
(depend on model) and adjust the Handle
length and the Rotor so that it can be always in vertical position.
STEP 3.) Place the Diffusion Disc
about 15 cm distance from the area to be treated and then turn on the Switch
on the handle. The liquid flow and the Motor
will start at the same time. It is forbidden to swing during the use.
STEP 1.) Pour the remaining liquid in a specific container and carefully rinse with clean water inside of the tank.
STEP 2.) Allow the clean water to through the Hose, Nozzle Tip and Diffusion Disc for 2-3 minutes. Clean the Filters on the Tank cover and inside the tank. Do not dip the Motor into liquids.
STEP 3.)
Remove the batteries and clean the sprayer tank with a wet rag.
STEP 4.)
Keep it far from the children and protected from sun and humid.
